| P2P Exchange Students Checklist | DUE |
| 1. Submit your Traveler’s Registration and pay your program deposit. Select P2P – Kamuk Exchange from the drop down menu | Nov. 1, 2019 |
| 2. Check out what the Center for Disease Control says about traveling to Costa Rica. Pay attention to mosquitos! | |
| 3. Passports: -Apply for a passport OR -check your current passport, make sure it is not expired –Submit a copy of your passport | Give yourself at least 2 months if you need a new passport or need to renew it |
| 4. Download, sign & submit your Pre-departure Paperwork -Travel Contract -Travel Liability -Behavior Contract -Smart Phone Contract -Notarized Consent to Travel with a Minor | Send these in 1 of 2 ways: -email to [email protected] -Snail mail to: Common Ground International. | 6. Pre-Departure Preparation Course: This is a required, online course for all participants. This will set you up for success on your exchange program. AVAILABLE NOW | Due: Must be completed 1 month before departure |
| 7. Attend 3 required meetings with your trip leader -Meetings take place March-May | Dates: -March 5 -April 15 -May TBD |
