NEED TO URINATE OFTEN – Necesidad de orinar con frecuencia
| Question | Meaning |
¿Tiene que orinar con frecuencia?  | Do you have to urinate frequently? |
| ¿Cada cuánto? | How often? |
| ¿Se despierta en la noche para orinar? | Do you wake up at night to urinate? |
| ¿Cuántas veces? | How many times? |
| ¿Siente urgencia o dolor cuando orina? | Do you feel urgency pain when you urinate? |
WEIGHT LOSS – Pérdida de peso
| Question | Meaning |
| ¿Ha perdido peso recientemente? | Have you lost weight recently? |
| ¿Ha bajado de peso recientemente? | Have you lost weight recently? |
| ¿Sin intentar / tratar? | Without trying? |
| ¿Ha cambiado su apetito recientemente? | Have your appetite changed recently? |
LACK OF ENERGY – Falta de energía
| Question | Meaning |
| ¿Siente cansancio o fatiga durante el día? | Do you feel tiredness or fatigue during the day? |
| ¿Se siente cansado o con fatiga durante el día? | Do you feel tired or fatigued during the day? |
| ¿Puede cumplir con sus responsabilidades diarias? | Can you fulfill your daily responsibilities? |
EXCESSIVE THIRST – Sed excesiva
| Question | Meaning |
| ¿Siente que tiene mucha sed? | Do you feel like you are very thirsty? |
| ¿La boca siente que está seca? | Does your mouth feel like is dry? |
OTHER SYMPTOMS – Otros síntomas

| ¿Le cuesta concentrarse? | Is it difficult for you to concentrate? |
| ¿Siente hormigueo? | Do you feel tingling? |

| ¿Las cosas se ven nubladas? | Do you see things like cloudy? |
| ¿Siente náusea o vomita después de comer? | Do you have nausea or vomit after eating? |
